The Start Young UK team came together for our annual strategic planning meeting to reflect on the year just gone and set our priorities for the year ahead. The session bought together trustees, staff and key volunteers to look at what's working well, where we need to strengthen our approach and how we can continue to support more young people in a meaningful and sustainable way. We kicked off with our first session on the Elevate Programme with Multiverse and what an incredible start it was! Our young people explored key workplace skills and CV writing, gaining valuable insights into how to build their confidence and prepare for future opportunities.
