We were incredibly proud to celebrate the graduation of our Elevate Northampton cohort, marking the successful completion of six months of learning, development, and personal growth.

The graduation day was a special milestone for our young people, bringing together students, teachers, mentors, and partners to recognise the commitment and progress made throughout the programme. Over the past six months, students have taken part in workshops designed to build confidence, develop employability skills, and explore future career pathways.

Throughout the programme, we have seen students grow not only in knowledge and skills but also in self-belief and ambition. Graduation offered an opportunity to reflect on this journey - celebrating achievements, sharing proud moments, and recognising the resilience and dedication shown by every participant.

A highlight of the day was welcoming The Lord Lieutenant Oliver Wicksteed, whose presence made the celebration even more meaningful for our students and reinforced the importance of investing in young people and community initiatives.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to our sponsors, Stuart Baker and Gauri Goel, whose continued support helps make programmes like Elevate possible. Their commitment enables us to create opportunities that empower young people to realise their potential.

Special thanks go to Dariusz Panfil, who generously supported the event by capturing photographs, videos, and professional headshots, helping students leave with lasting memories of their achievement.

The success of Elevate Northampton would not have been possible without the dedication of our mentors, speakers, volunteers, and partner organisations. Their time, expertise, and encouragement play a vital role in creating a supportive environment where young people feel heard, valued, and inspired.

As we celebrate this cohort’s achievements, we are already preparing for future Elevate programmes and continuing our mission to support young people across the UK.

If your organisation or team would like to collaborate, speak at a session, or support future cohorts, we would love to hear from you.

Together, we can continue creating opportunities and changing lives.
