Elevate Multiverse Graduation: Celebrating Youth Skills, Confidence and Career Readiness

Start Young UK proudly celebrated the graduation of its latest London cohort, marking the completion of a six-month programme focused on developing essential skills, confidence and career readiness for young people.

Delivered in partnership with Multiverse, the programme saw the students on this cohort successfully graduate. Each participant leaves with strengthened communication, teamwork and professional skills, alongside the confidence to take their next steps into education, employment or training.

The graduation was presented by Freddie Thomlinson from Multiverse, highlighting the importance of employer partnerships in supporting youth development and creating meaningful career pathways. Through mentorship, workshops and real-world insights, students have been equipped with the tools needed to navigate their futures.

Over the six-month journey, the cohort demonstrated significant personal growth — building resilience, improving mindset and developing the skills that employers value most. The graduation event served as both a celebration of achievement and a reflection of the impact of structured youth programmes in London.
