Elevate Manchester Graduation: Celebrating Growth, Confidence and Future Ambitions

We were proud to celebrate the graduation of our Elevate Manchester cohort, delivered in partnership with Barclays. The event marked the culmination of six months of growth, learning, and achievement for an inspiring group of young people.

Throughout the programme, students have taken part in a series of employer-led workshops, mentoring sessions, and interactive activities designed to build confidence, develop essential life and workplace skills, and broaden their understanding of future career pathways.

A Journey of Development and Self-Discovery

Over the past six months, students have explored key areas including growth mindset, personal values, resilience, communication, and the future of work. They have engaged with professionals from a wide range of industries, gaining real insight into different career journeys and opportunities available to them.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the programme has been seeing students grow in confidence — finding their voice, sharing ideas, and supporting one another along the way. By the end of the programme, many had developed a clearer sense of direction and a stronger belief in their own potential.

A Meaningful Celebration

Graduation day brought together students, teachers, mentors, and partners to celebrate this important milestone. It was a moment to reflect on the journey, recognise individual achievements, and acknowledge the commitment each student has shown.

The event was filled with pride, positivity, and inspiration, as students celebrated not only completing the programme, but also the progress they have made both personally and professionally.
