Mudchute Farm Outing

Last week Start Young UK hosted an event for the children who are part of our grassroots programme – Thrive SYUK. Organised by our dedicated team – including volunteers and trustees – we met at Mudchute Park and Farm – a wonderful community charity project, with a working farm! The children had a wonderful time interacting with, and learning about the many and varied animals – and it was great to see their confidence grow throughout the day! After lunch we then headed over to Millwall Park for some fun and interactive sports day games – helping the children to build relationships and team working skills.
