Anna Joins Start Young UK board of Trustees

We are excited to announce that Anna Sears has joined the Start Young UK Board of Trustees.

Anna is a highly experienced business consultant and senior leader, with a strong background in strategic planning, talent development, and operational growth. She currently serves as the Founder and CEO of PathForward Parenting, a coaching-led initiative supporting parents transitioning back into the workplace.

Her unique approach blends coaching, mentoring, and leadership expertise, helping organisations build inclusive cultures and increase staff retention. Through bespoke workshops and corporate programmes, she is tackling a critical gap in workplace support and wellbeing.

Before launching her own business, Anna spent nearly a decade at Sears Property, where she progressed from Marketing Associate to Operations Director, driving the company’s expansion into a leading multi-branch agency. Under her leadership, Sears achieved significant operational improvements, market leadership, and national recognition.

Anna’s deep commitment to empowerment, innovation, and impactful leadership makes her a valuable addition to our Board. We are excited about the fresh energy and perspective she brings to our work with young people.
