Farewell Michelle

This week, we say a heartfelt thank you to Michelle, who has been an integral part of our Elevate Programme in partnership with Barclays, serving as the Admin and Safeguard Lead.

Michelle has dedicated her time and expertise to supporting our young people. Her role in liaising with schools, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment has been invaluable. Her warmth and commitment have played a huge role in the success of Elevate, making a difference to so many students and schools along the way.

Although she is officially stepping back, we know this isn’t truly goodbye! Michelle has been such an important part of our journey, and we have no doubt she’ll still be popping her head in from time to time.
