Session 5 of the Elevate Programme in London was a day of reflection, goal-setting, and personal development. A key part of the session was introducing SMART objectives—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound—to help participants build clear and actionable roadmaps for their future. Through interactive activities and discussions, they explored their unique strengths, interests, and career aspirations, bringing their reflections to life through creative vision boards.
