The ASPIRE programme concluded its transformative journey with a powerful final session focused on Influence and Leadership, leaving participants inspired and ready to lead with confidence and purpose.
Guided by the insightful Julie Osborne, this session explored the core elements of effective leadership through interactive activities and thought-provoking discussions. Julie’s expert facilitation encouraged participants to reflect deeply on the role of influence in shaping both personal and professional paths. They were urged to consider how the skills they have acquired throughout the programme could be applied to inspire and lead others, fostering a strong sense of empowerment and agency.
One of the session’s highlights was an exercise where participants reflected on the leaders they admire and the qualities that make them inspirational. Jeremy Carrett, our internal speaker, shared valuable insights from his personal journey at Barclays, underscoring the importance of operational resilience in the workplace.
