Elevate

The Elevate Programme, in partnership with Barclays, is a transformative initiative designed to empower young people aged 16-18 from disadvantaged backgrounds. It bridges the critical gap between education and employment, equipping participants with essential skills, knowledge, and opportunities for future success. 

Who we support

Elevate is specifically tailored for young people from underserved communities who often face significant barriers to employment and career progression. These individuals are frequently overlooked due to a lack of resources and investment in their communities. Elevate aims to level the playing field, giving these young people the support they need to elevate.

Program Objectives

The Elevate Program has three core objectives:
